If no payment has been received prior to the event date, your registration will be invalid and you will be taken off the participants list.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
NO refund once the registration is submitted.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat, and no refunds will be given to participants who cancel their registration or fail to attend the event.
